The very friendly and multilingual staff, especially Natalia at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Natalia's attention to detail in explaining room options was a standout feature, setting this hotel apart.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The convenient parking right in front of the hotel was a practical perk, albeit at an additional cost. The in-house spa and wellness center was comprehensive and serene, perfect for unwinding. I particularly appreciated the central location, ideal for exploring the town during events like the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Whether indulging in spa treatments or simply enjoying the comfort of the well-appointed rooms, this hotel offers a good balance of luxury and value for discerning travelers.
